Building Permit Fees consist of 2 fees: Plan Review fees + Permit fees
Plan review fees are non-refundable and due at the time of application.
Fees are based on the value of construction. Unless approved by the Building Official, fees will be based on the latest construction cost data as published in the Building Safety Journal by the International Code Council. For interior completion only, the construction costs is values at 50% of the calculated ICC building valuation. FEES FOR WORK DONE WITHOUT PERMIT IS DOUBLED
If your plans include a sprinkler system or other fire suppression systems, you will also incur these fees:

Development Impact Fees are determined and collected by the Planning & Development Department. Please contact the Senior Planner for an official Impact Fee Determination Letter. The fees below are for estimation purposes only and do not include all the possible use categories.
