  1. Celebrate Peachtree City's 60th!

    On Saturday, March 9 from 2 to 6 p.m. Drake Field will be filled with a wide variety of activities including a kiddie ferris wheel, train and extreme bungee and other activities for the kids. Live music, food trucks and paddleboats (limited excursions tickets available by calling 678-938-4837) will also be there! After the sun goes down at 7 p.m., ‘The Greatest Showman’(Rated PG) will be shown on an outdoor screen!

    Peachtree City Wine Fest : "Wine & Warbirds" 2019 Join us for our 3rd annual wine tasting event! Experience wines in a unique setting! Tickets include unlimited tastings of dozens of wines from all over the world, entertainment, souvenir glass and wine related gift. The event takes place in a beautiful open air hanger that houses WWII era aircraft. Tickets are limited to 400 people. Food will be available for purchase. You must be 21 years or older to attend this event.

    In honor of Peachtree City’s 60th anniversary, Peachtree City Library will publish an anthology of personal essays that capture the essence of Peachtree City as “home.” The idea is to capture a diverse range of voices and memories that tell the story of this special place.   2. CAREing Paws, Come Read to a Dog

    March 9, 2019, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Peachtree City Library, Children's Storytime Area

    The CAREing Paws Program utilizes registered therapy dogs to improve literacy skills for children. If your child struggles with reading this may be for you. Children must have a basic knowledge of reading. Open to children in Grades K-5. The library offers six 20 minute sessions. Parents must reserve a time slot in advance for their child. Children may bring a book or choose a book at the library. Registration Required. To register call the library at 770-631-2520.
