On-Line Reporting Service

The Peachtree City Police Department prides itself on providing the highest level of professional service to its citizens at all times.  One of the ways we are able to maintain this level of service, is through the numerous community partnerships that we have developed throughout our day to day interactions.  We also continually evaluate our methods and procedures to ensure that we remain current and efficient in how we provide our multitude of services.   Advancements in mobile capabilities has also made our officers much more effective and efficient freeing up their time to be more proactive on patrol in the city.  These same advancements in technology have produced an environment where people today expect everything on-demand.  The reporting system we are requesting helps to satisfy this expectation.  It is a community online reporting system that allows citizens the opportunity to file minor police reports themselves without ever having to meet with an officer in person.

The Lexis Nexis DORS will help expand our services to the community by providing our citizens with a platform to file incident reports, vehicle collision reports, and other miscellaneous reports completely online.  Using the online reporting system is simple, quick, and efficient for all users.  There is even a mobile platform that can be utilized by any mobile networking device.  This allows our citizens to file their own reports at their own convenience and from virtually anywhere and receive a temporary copy of the report instantly.

In 2018, our officers were dispatched to 13,461 calls for service.  The amount remained consistent in 2019 with 13,522 calls for service dispatched.  Many of these calls for service were to report minor incidents that the citizen simply wished to have documented.  Countless times our officers are told by citizens that they wished they did not have to take the time to meet with us to document such minor events.  If the amount of these calls for service could be decreased, while still maintaining the quality of service our citizens expect from us, it would free up more of our officers for actively patrolling our communities and responding quicker to higher priority calls.

To file an on-line report goto or call 1-844-964-0665.   If you have any questions, please contact Lt. Mark Brown at or 770-632-4112.
