The Administrative Services Division consists of Records Retention Clerk and Terminal Agency Coordinator, three Staff Assistants, the Evidence Custodian, Quartermaster, and part-time court bailiff.
Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Services personnel are assigned duties and responsibilities that include the relay of routine and emergency telephone traffic between the general public, police, and the Fayette County Dispatch Center. These personnel monitor nine administrative telephone lines, act as receptionists for business-related matters and respond to walk-in requests from the general public. Administrative Services employees are generally certified to operate the Georgia Criminal Justice Information System (GCIC) and actively utilize the system to assist in police investigations.
