LCI Study
The LCI Process
Peachtree City is one of the ten communities to be awarded a Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) grant from the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) in 2019.
Please visit the City's LCI Website for documents, presentations, status updates, and contact information about the LCI planning process.
Public Participation
The Peachtree City LCI plan is a direct result of public participation and input. Through multiple public meetings, pop-up events, online surveys, and stakeholder interviews, Peachtree City residents and business owners have many opportunities to guide the plan.
Core Team
The Core Team is a group of appointed citizens who guide the overall planning process. Appointed by the Mayor and City Council, it is comprised of seven individuals with a broad range of experiences and perspectives. They meet bi-monthly to provide guidance and insight to ensure that the plan meets the needs of Peachtree City.
