Permits

Permits must be obtained for the following work:
  • Accessory buildings (sheds, pergolas, etc.)
  • Additions to existing buildings
  • Demolition
  • Fence
  • Irrigation system
  • New Buildings
  • New or replacement windows
  • Re-roofing
  • Retaining walls 4-feet or taller
  • Siding replacement
  • Some interior remodels- call for details
  • Swimming pool
