Coordinating annual audits with City Auditor. Annually, the City prepares and submits its Annual financial report (CAFR/ACFR) to The Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for consideration of a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting.
Administering the processing and preparation of the City's bi-weekly payroll, compiling and filing federal and state required reports and forms including all W-2 salary and tax information. Maintain records of salaries, taxes and deductions as necessary to meet legal requirements and managerial policies.
