Situation:
The Fayette County parcel is 77 acres and is located just East of the Jim Meade Memorial Park/Fields. This site is at the end of Redwine Road and located off SR 74 South, right in front of the Starrs Mill High School complex.
Proposal:
The
new applicant, Southern Pines Plantation Commercial Group, LLC is seeking to annex and rezone the
undeveloped property from multiple county zonings to 90 lot single-family subdivision with two Office/Institutional parcels at the intersection of Hwy 74 and Redwine Road. The residental development will include a recreation area, open space, and cart paths and will be served by PTC sewer.

Situation:
The
parcel is 5.62 acres and is located just southwest of the Kedron
Village Shopping Center. This site is at the end of Newgate Road which
is located off Georgian Park, right behind the Holiday Inn.
In
2007, the former property owner, Peachtree City Holdings, LLC
successfully rezoned the property from GC General Commercial to LUR-13
Limited Use Residential to accommodate a 6 building, 21 unit luxury
townhome complex marketed to seniors. Following the approval, the
property remained undeveloped
Proposal:
The
new applicant, Norsouth Development Company is seeking to rezone the
undeveloped property from LUR-13 to GR-17 General Residential to
accommodate a 96 unit age restricted senior apartment complex.
