Recycled CD Coaster Craft

Join Jill Prouty, Library Administrator, in transforming old CDs into durable, useful beverage coasters! Supplies and instruction will be provided. This evetn is free and open to adults and teens ages 16+. However, space is limited and registration is required.

An After Hours Event!

Two of Fayette County's most successful authors talk about their books (both the series and the standalone titles), their writing habits, and calling Georgia home, both for themselves and their characters!

Larissa Reinhart is the author of the Maizie Albright Star Detective mysteries and the Cherry Tucker Mysteries. Larissa celebrates the publication of her newest Maizie Albright Star Detective mystery, NC-17, due out in Summer 2018. For more information visit www.larissareinhart.com.

Romily Bernard is the author of the Find Me series for young adults as well as the Munchem Academy series writing as Commander S.T. Bolivar III. Project 70,273 Block Drive
Tuesday, July 31st @ 10:00 am-12:00 pm

Participate in a worldwide collaborative art project commemorating the lives of the physically and mentally handicapped people who were murdered by the Nazis between 1940-41. The goal is to create 70,273 blocks of white fabric, each bearing two red X’s, which will then be stitched together into a quilt. No experience necessary! All supplies and instructions will be provided. This event is a free and open to all ages! The workgroup will be located at the front entrance of the Peachtree City Library.
