Summer Reading Program
Welcome to Peachtree City Library's
Summer Reading Program!

The Summer Reading Program encourages children to read for pleasure during the summer months. Studies show that children, teens, and adults who continue to read during summer vacation maintain their reading skills more than those who do not continue to read. Georgia’s public libraries are committed to encouraging children and families to read and use their public library for recreational and informational needs.

Online Registration is now available!
Register May 21, 2018 through July 31, 2018.

Sign up for the Kids
Summer Reading Program

Ages Pre-K to 12
Prizes awarded every 5 hours
(300 minutes) of reading,
up to 25 hours (1500 minutes)



Sign up for the Teen
Summer Reading Program

Ages 13 to 17
Prizes awarded for every 5 books
read, up to 20 books for
a chance at 4 different prizes!


Sign up for the Adult
Summer Reading Program

Ages 18 & up
Read 3 books in June, 3 books in July
and/or attend an adult summer reading 
event for a chance to win a special prize!
