The 2017 Breast Cancer 1-Day Walk benefits breast cancer patients in Georgia with FREE programs, services and NEEDED supplies provided by The Breast Cancer Survivors’ Network (BCSN). Founded in 2006 by Janet Beebe, BCSN is a volunteer-led, Georgia 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting patients in our local communities. In an on-going effort to save lives, BCSN also provides mammogram assistance to people under the age of 40 and they also work to increase breast cancer awareness through health fairs and educational seminars. In addition, a portion of the funds raised go to breast cancer research at The Cancer Research Center in Augusta, GA. ALL MONEY RAISED STAYS IN GEORGIA!

The first ever NIGHT MARKET will take place a Drake Field on the evening of Saturday October 14th. Bring the family for an evening stroll thru the market, play some games, listen to music, and grab a bite at one of the food trucks.

Check out one of the teen reads in the Young Adult section and you could find a Golden Ticket. Tickets can be found in 2015 - 2017 titles and will enter teens into a drawing for a “Reading is my Golden Ticket” prize. Sorry, only teens 18 and under may enter!

Children of all ages are invited to bring in their duplicate or unwanted Shopkins/Littlest Pet Shop toys to swap with other Shopkins/LPS enthusiasts! No registration required. This event is free and open to the public.
