Beginning Saturday, May 1, and running through September 30, burning of yard waste and debris is not permitted under the State-mandated burning ban. During this time, outdoor burning is prohibited (grilling food and firefighter training excepted). Residents are reminded that the Peachtree City Recycling Center on Rockaway Road accepts yard waste on Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
